The Internship will be required to report to the respective Restaurant Manager (or such other persons as may be designated by the Head of Department).

Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following:

  • Perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties
  • Responsible for daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurants
  • Assist in receiving and preparing customer orders
  • Assist on inventory, ordering and restaurant administration work
  • Good and consistent customer service
  • Knowledge of restaurant and product menus
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Food Science / Culinary / Hotel Management / Entrepreneurship
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn is an added advantage
  • Preferably 3-6 months internship
  • Please state your internship period when applying for this position
