The Restaurant Manager will be required to report to the Area Manager (or such other persons as may be designated by the Head of Department).
Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following:
- Manage the Restaurant in maintaining appropriate staff and providing weekly schedules
- Manage team members when needed
- Manage administer all necessary paperwork
- Analyze profitability statements and fulfil branch sales plans established
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Understand, enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Manage in maintaining all company operating standards and compliance
- Ensure that Malaysian law, regulations are enforced and enforced
- Keep the restaurant clean at all times
- Delivers high quality and consistent products daily and every shift
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Have at least a Diploma in any field
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Be professional & customer service oriented
- Able work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Has good skills and good personality
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
- Experienced one advantage
